Mattia was a very friendly and helpful host. He was always available and gave us advices for visting Lerici and the environment. Also his family and his cousin Matteo were very friendly and made our holidays unforgettable. The apartment was awesome, clean and well appointed. We really loved the pool and the great view from there over Lerici and the sea! We really can recommend the apartment and are already planning to come back :)

The house is absolutely fantastic! It's way better than the pictures! The house is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need and even more (like spices en oil). The pool is great, it's really nearby, has a lot of sun beds and a great view. Mattia is a great host. We could always call him for questions. He even got up at 5 am in the morning to say goodbye. He also took us on a great boot trip. I would recommend people to stay at this apartment.

Accoglienza perfetta, casa attrezzata, location un po' lontana dal paese, ma tranquilla, piacevole e immersa nella natura. Mattia ci ha anche portato a fare un bel giro in barca. Voglio ringraziare lui e la sua famiglia per la bella vacanza. Tornerò sicuramente. Mattia is a perfect host, the house is fully equipped , the location is a bit far from the village, but quiet , pleasant and surrounded by nature . Mattia took us on a nice boat ride . I want to thank him and his family for a lovely stay . I definitely will return .

We have been very well welcomed by Mattia who came to pick us up at a meeting point to ease our arrival. The house is nice and comfortable . Mattia had even prepared little snacks for the breakfast and a package of information about what could be done in the area. The house is not on the city center but it is surrouding by olive trees which is pleasant. The view is astonishing and even better where you are at the swimming pool.

L'appartamento e' perfetto, arredato con gusto e in un posto bellissimo con una vista mozzafiato. Tutto a funzionato a perfezzione. Abbiamo passato due giorni bellissimi. Mattia e' una persona molto simpatica e noi stiamo stati molto soddisfatti. Ringraziamo Mattia e i suoi genitori per la perfetta accoglienza.

Bellissima vista sul golfo sia dal giardino fuori casa che dalla splendida piscina! Casa molto pulita e curata nei dettagli. Posto incantevole e vicino sia a Lerici che a Tellaro. Nonostante i giorni di pioggia ho potuto apprezzare là bellezza e la tranquillità del luogo. Mattia é un padrone di casa attento, discreto ed estremamente disponibile. Tornerò col sole...!!!
